DMV Hearings In many cases we can prevent the DMV from suspending your license. If DMV does suspend your license, on a first offense without a refusal you are facing a four month suspension. After the first month of suspension you can request a work restricted license and that restriction will last an additional five months. To obtain that restricted license you will be required to enroll in DUI school, obtain additional insurance (SR-22) and pay DMV a $125.00 re-issue fee. more...
